LikeFont Intellectual Property Protection Statement

LikeFont provides information for uploading and disseminating works according to user instructions Network storage space has always attached great importance to the protection of Internet copyright and other intellectual property rights.In accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Information Network Communication, the Measures for the Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright, and other relevant laws and regulations, LikeFont adopts the following copyright policies for online copyright infringement: reasonable and prudent protection of Internet copyright Obligation, when there is reason to believe that there is a work that clearly infringes the copyright of any third party, the right to delete the suspected infringing work at any time without prior notice; after receiving a copyright notice that meets the legal requirements, it should be deleted within 1 working day Suspected of infringing works or disconnecting the download link of the works; taking necessary technical measures to prevent the re-uploading of the same infringing works as much as possible; for users who have evidence of repeated uploading of infringing works, the right to stop providing network storage space at any time Technical services.

1.Procedures for copyright complaints

1.1 Notification procedures

If you think that users upload through the information storage space provided by LikeFont , If the content of the transmission infringes your information network transmission right or deletes or changes your right to manage electronic information, you can submit a written notice to LikeFont through online or offline channels, or to accept copyright established by LikeFont.The mailbox for complaints and infringement notices should send an email requesting LikeFont to delete the work or disconnect the download link of the work.The notice must be signed by the right holder or its legally authorized person.If it is a unit, the official seal of the unit must be affixed.

The notification procedure should include the following content for the complainant (please use the model format issued by the National Copyright Administration, see the attachment below for details):

a.Name of the right holder, contact Method, address, scanned copy of ID card (natural person), business license of enterprise legal person (unit), identification certificate of legal representative (unit);

b.The exact name of the infringing work requiring deletion or disconnection And network addresses, so that the suspected infringing works can be discovered and preliminarily reviewed;

c.Preliminary proof materials deemed to constitute infringement, including but not limited to the ownership of the copyright of the work or the right of information network communication according to law Proof, as well as proof of the fact that the allegedly infringing works are infringing.

d.The notice must be signed by the right holder or its legally authorized person, and if it is a unit, the official seal of the unit must be affixed;

e.The right holder should respond to the authenticity of the notice Be responsible for.If the content of the notice is not true, the right holder will bear all the legal liabilities caused thereby.

Once we receive a notice that meets the above requirements, we will delete the allegedly infringing works within a reasonable time.If the above conditions are not met, we will ask you to provide the corresponding information, and will not take corresponding measures including deletion.

Users who upload works on LikeFont shall be deemed to agree to the corresponding measures adopted by LikeFont regarding the preceding paragraph.LikeFont shall not be liable for any breach of contract or any other legal liabilities.After LikeFont receives the above notification, it will send an email to notify users who uploaded the works.For users who have uploaded suspected infringing works multiple times, we will cancel their user qualifications.

1.2 Counter-notification procedures

After the work provider receives the notice forwarded by LikeFont, if he believes that the work provided does not infringe the rights of others, he can submit a written explanation of the counter-notification to LikeFont , Request to restore the deleted work or the broken work download link.The counter-notification must be signed by the provider of the work or its legally authorized person, and if it is an entity, it must be stamped with the official seal of the entity.

The counter-notification should contain the following content (please use the model format issued by the National Copyright Administration, see the attachment below for details):

a.The name of the work provider, contact information , Address, copy of ID card (natural person), copy of unit registration certificate (unit);

b.Request to restore deleted works, or the exact names and network addresses of works that are disconnected, In order to be able to discover and preliminarily review the suspected infringing works in time;

c.Preliminary proof materials that do not constitute infringement, including but not limited to the ownership certificate of the copyright of the work or the right of information network communication in accordance with the law.

The provider of the work shall be responsible for the authenticity of the counter-notification.If the content of the notice is not true, the provider will bear all the legal liabilities caused thereby.

Once we receive the notice that meets the above requirements, we will restore the deleted work or the disconnected work download link within a reasonable time, and at the same time forward the counter-notification of the work provider to the right holder.LikeFont assumes no legal responsibility for the actions of restoring deleted works or disconnected download links of works.The right holder shall not notify LikeFont to delete the work or disconnect the download link with the work.
